Nexicom Systems is looking for a Technical Inside Sales Representative.

Key responsibilities include:

• All aspects of the sales function:
• Answering call and emails from customers
• Identifying customer needs and finding the right products for them
• Providing customer quotations
• contacting vendors
• developing and implementing sales initiatives
• product related training will be continuous
• some product provisioning and customization may be required

Education:

Two- or three-year college diplomas in business, telecommunication or equivalent.

Computer Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of Windows operating system, Linux, Microsoft Office Suite of Products, and Inventory Management Systems (ERP). Some, Data Networking and modem configuration knowledge.

Experience:

One to three years of business experience involving customer service and technical support in the telecommunications sector. Knowledge/familiarity with broadband routing, switching, and FTTH Access Technologies would be preferred.
